What we do
Installation and startup
Setup, leveling and first cuts for new or relocated machines.
Calibration and squaring
X/Y squareness, blade alignment and table level, so parts come off the saw true.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled checks of guides, racks, belts, water and electrical systems to avoid downtime.
Troubleshooting and repairs
Mechanical and electrical diagnosis when a machine stops or cuts wrong.
Parts sourcing
We find the right replacement part for your machine.
Where we work
South Florida is our home base and where we do most service work. We install machines across the US; for work far from South Florida, travel and lodging are billed separately and quoted up front.
